I can use this photo when discussing the effect of nursing job promotions on patients.  Increasing the number of nurses means that each patient can receive better care, as demonstrated by the nurse in the photo.

I can use this graph when explaining how the PPACA will require thousands of new nurses to care for all the people obtaining health insurance.  The PPACA offers several job promotions and incentives in order to decrease the projected shortage.
